QUADIX: PREMIUM RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At QUADIX, founded by Umar Abdullah, we pride ourselves on precision, quality, and a commitment to your satisfaction. Whether you are investing in our high-end tech, curated footwear, or signature fragrances, we ensure that our after-sales service is as seamless as our products.


1. THE 30-DAY ASSURANCE

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements: To ensure a successful return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it:

  • Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached.

  • In its original premium packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


2. SECTOR-SPECIFIC EXCEPTIONS

Due to the specialized nature of the QUADIX catalog, certain items are subject to specific safety and hygiene regulations:

  • Customized Goods: Items that are personalized or custom-made to your specifications cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Perfumes & Personal Care: For hygiene reasons, beauty products and fragrances can only be returned if the original plastic seal and packaging remain completely unopened and intact.

  • Tech & AI Products: Electronics must include all original cables, manuals, and accessories. We cannot accept returns for software or AI licenses that have been activated or registered.

  • Safety/Sale Items: We do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, sale items, or gift cards.


3. THE RETURN PROCESS: STEP-BY-STEP

To maintain our standard of excellence, items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

  1. Initiate: Contact our support team at umaroffical.work@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Inspection: Upon arrival at our facility, Umar Abdullah and the quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return standards.


4. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Refunds: Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval, please reach out to us.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, simply make a separate purchase for the new item.


5. DAMAGES, ISSUES, & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Immediate Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at umaroffical.work@gmail.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

  • International Costs: For global orders, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is proven defective. Original shipping fees and international customs duties are non-refundable.

  • EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Customers shipping to the European Union have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements stated above.
