QUADIX: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
At QUADIX, founded by Umar Abdullah, we mirror the efficiency and speed of the "Quattro" philosophy in our logistics. We are dedicated to delivering our premium tech, footwear, and lifestyle goods to a diverse global audience with accuracy and care.
1. SHIPPING SCOPE & DESTINATIONS
QUADIX operates on an international scale. We ship to most countries worldwide. If you are located in a remote region, our checkout system will notify you if delivery is possible or if additional shipping surcharges apply.
2. PROCESSING TIMES
Precision takes time, but we move with speed.

Standard Items: Orders for shoes, perfumes, and non-custom daily wear are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Customized Goods: Because our customized items are tailored specifically to your requirements, please allow 5-7 business days for production before shipment.

High-End Tech: Premium electronics undergo a final quality check before dispatch, typically taking 2 business days.
Note: Processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.
3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

International (Express): 5-10 business days.

International (Standard): 10-21 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal peaks or customs clearance, which are outside of our direct control.
4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your QUADIX package has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your order’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For our international community:

QUADIX is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
Your items are packaged to withstand the rigors of international travel. However, if your order arrives damaged:

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Take clear photographs of the damage.

We will work with the carrier to file a claim and ensure your premium item is replaced or a solution is found.
7. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
